Your privacy is important to the University of Montana Western Foundation and always has been. So we’ve developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we use the information you share with us. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices and let us know if you have any questions.

What we collect.

When you complete an online of offline form with the Foundation we do and collect your information so that we can process your requests and provide necessary feedback. Depending on the form this may include:

  • personal information such as name, addresses, telephone number and e-mail addresses.
  • interactions with the University of Montana Western like graduation year, gift amounts, gift dates and attendance to university and foundation events.

What is private?

All information we collect on you is not publicly displayed or revealed outside the business purposes of the foundation.We do reserve the right to disclose personal information when we believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or law enforcement, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect the foundation’s legal rights.

If you no longer want to receive information from use you may contact us to be removed from all of our mailing lists.

We take securing your data and preserving your privacy very seriously. We do not and will not sell your data.
