This scholarship was established in memory of Sheila Stearns. Sheila was a tremendous leader for the Montana University System. The criteria is as follows: Recipient must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher Recipient must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be community-minded and demonstrate leadership characteristics. Scholarship is not renewable.
