Ben Snipes
Ben Snipes is a 2005 graduate of the University of Montana Western, where he studied Business Administration. While at Montana Western, Ben was a part of two Frontier Conference championship football teams (2002, 2004). He received all-conference and all-american honors in 2004 and 2005. Following his time at Western, Ben attended the University of Montana School of Law, where he graduated in 2008. Since then, Ben has maintained a busy practice as a civil trial attorney. Ben is the managing partner for Kovacich Snipes Johnson law firm, and has been recognized locally and nationally for his legal work. Nationally, Ben has been selected as an honoree by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Lawdragon 500, National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Twice Ben has been selected as Montana Trial Lawyer of the Year (2019, 2023) by the Montana Trial Lawyers Association. Ben is a delegate for the State of Montana for the American Association of Justice.
In addition to serving on the Montana Western foundation board, Ben also serves on the following boards: Federal Bar Association Montana Chapter, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, Cascade County Law Clinic, Westside Little League, and Great Falls Youth Tackle Football League. Ben, along with his wife (Tori) and three children (Jack, Elizabeth and Calvin) love spending time in Dillon and supporting Bulldog athletics.
